The number of active listings in X15 decreased by 4.31% in March, 2011 over the same month in 2010. The number of homes sold decreased by 8.57%. Average sale prices were down by 4.71%.

The number of homes sold decreased by 8.54%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 8.07%.
