March, 2011 vs. March, 2010
The number of active listings in W29 decreased by 18.22% in March, 2011 over the same month in 2010. 67 fewer listings came on the Toronto Board in March, 2011 vs. March, 2010, which is a decrease of 37.43%. The number of homes sold increased by 12.16%. The average days on the market decreased from 33 to 32. Average sale prices were down by 1.88%.
Year to Date, 2011 vs. Year to Date, 2010
The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date increased from 383 to 320, which is a decrease of 16.45%. The number of homes sold decreased by 5.03%. The average days on the market decreased from 31 to 30. Average sale prices were down year over year by .17%.
