December, 2008 vs. December, 2007
The number of active listings in W29 increased in December, 2008 over the same month in 2007. There are 119.12% more listings on the market this month over December, 2007. There were also 40% more homes listed in December, 2008 vs. December, 2007. The number of homes sold decreased by 15 homes, or 46.88%. Continue to prepare your sellers for a longer stay on the market; the average days on market increased from 47 to 56. Average sale prices were up by 1.20%.
