W29 Market Statistics
March, 2011 vs. March, 2010
The number of active listings in W29 increased by 4.20% in March, 2011 over the same month in 2010. 6 fewer listings came on the Toronto Board in March, 2011 vs. March, 2010, which is a decrease of 6.25%. The number of homes sold decreased by 41.46%. The average days on the market decreased from 39 to 34. Average sale prices were down by 5.62%.
Year to Date, 2011 vs. Year to Date, 2010
The number of homes listed in W29, year-to-date decreased from 239 to 230, which is a decrease of 3.77%. The number of homes sold decreased by 12.58%. The average days on the market increased from 36 to 40. Average sale prices were up year over year by 1.11%.
