The number of active listings in Wellington decreased by 43.17% in August 2020 over the same month in 2019. The number of homes sold increased by 61 sales or 47.29%. Average sale prices increased by 18.48%.

The number of homes sold increased by 161 sales. Average sale prices increased year over year by 13.15%.

The number of active listings in Erin/Hillsburgh decreased by 52 listings or 65.82% in August 2020 over the same month in 2019. The number of homes sold increased by 21 sales or 150.00%. Average sale prices increased by 11.44%.
