New listings came on the Toronto Board at a slower pace in October, 2009 over October, 2008 with 18.68% fewer listings. The number of homes sold increased significantly by 32 homes or 88.89%! The average days on the market decreased from 49 to 41. Average sale prices were up by 14.89%. Sale prices are more in line with October, 2007, when the average sale price was $291,323.
