number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 20.10% in April 2016 over the same month in 2015. The number of homes sold decreased by 13 homes in April 2016. Average sale prices increased by 22.52%.

The
number of homes sold increased from 166 to 178 or 7.23% in April 2016 over the
same month in 2015! Average sale prices were up by 15.28%.
