2015. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in April 2016 vs.
April 2015 decreased by 36 homes
or 16.98%.
The number of homes sold increased by 13 homes or 11.11%. The average days on
the market decreased from 25 days to 17 days. Average sale prices were up by 10.53%.

The
number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 598 to 523, which
is a decrease of 12.54%. The number of homes sold increased by 43 homes or 14.83%. The average days on market decreased from 28 to 22 days. Average sale
prices were up by 15.39%.
