number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 16.32% in March 2016 over the same month in 2015. The number of homes sold
increased by 6 homes in March 2016. Average sale prices increased by 8.19%.

The
number of homes sold increased from 92 to 117 or 27.17% in March 2016 over the
same month in 2015! Average sale prices were up by 12.29.
