listings in Caledon decreased by 27.63% in March 2016 over the same month in
2015. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in March 2016 vs.
March 2015 decreased by 32 homes or 18.50%. The
number of homes sold increased by 21 homes or 30.43%. The average days on
the market decreased from 23 days to 24 days. Average sale prices were up by 15.45%.
Year
to Date 2016 vs. Year to Date 2015
The
number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 386 to 346, which
is a decrease of 10.10%. The number of homes sold increased by 31 homes or 17.92%. The average days on market decreased from 30 to 25 days. Average sale
prices were up by 19.28%.
