The number of active listings in Wellington increased by 37.44% in March, 2012 over the same month in 2011. The number of homes sold increased by 39.58% from 48 to 67 sales. Average sale prices were up by 5.12%.

The number of homes sold increased by 26.09%. Average sale prices increased year over year by 1.55%.
