The number of homes sold increased by 50% or 24. The average days on the market increased from 34 to 36 days. Average sale prices were up by 7.57%.

The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date increased from 230 to 255, which is an increase of 10.87%. The number of homes sold decreased by 8.63%. The average days on the market decreased from 40 to 39 days. Average sale were up year over year by 0.91%.
