The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 1,676 to 1,650, which is a decrease of 1.55%. The number of homes sold decreased by 39 homes or 5.91%. The average days on market increased by 8 days to 24 days. Average sale prices were down by 15.26%
