The number of listings that came on the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in January 2023 vs. January 2022 increased by 60 homes or 80.0%. The number of homes sold decreased by 19 homes or 40.43%. The average days on the market increased from 17 days to 31 days. Average sale prices were down by 14.14%.
