Year to Date 2021 vs. Year to Date 2020
The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date increased by 144 homes or 16.46%. The number of homes sold increased by 160 homes or 25.81%. The average days on the market decreased by 16 days, from 28 days to 12 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 28.13%.
