The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date decreased by 206 homes or 26.21%. The number of homes sold decreased by 29 homes or 7.29%. The average days on the market decreased by 5 days, from 36 days to 31 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 6.80%.
