The average days on the market increased from 21 days to 44 days. Average sale prices were up by 5.55%.
Year to Date 2020 vs. Year to Date 2019
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 654 to 511, which is a decrease of 21.87%. The number of homes sold decreased by 52 homes or 18.91%. The average days on market decreased from 30 days to 23 days. Average sale prices were up by 9.27%.
