The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date increased by 5 homes or 2.89%. The number of homes sold increased by 42 homes or 56.76%. The average days on the market decreased by 17 days, from 53 days to 36 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 5.65%.
