The number of active listings in Caledon decreased by 25.26% in January 2020 over the same month in 2019. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in January 2020 vs. January 2019 increased by 5 homes or 4.31%. The number of homes sold increased by 11 homes or 26.19%. The average days on the market decreased from 44 days to 29 days. Average sale prices were up by 21.20%.
