The average days on the market decreased from 32 days to 31 days. Average sale prices were down by 0.66%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,779 to 1,851, which is an increase of 4.05%. The number of homes sold increased by 124 homes or 15.25%. The average days on market decreased from 30 days to 29 days. Average sale prices were up by 2.27%.
