The average days on the market decreased from 30 days to 29 days. Average sale prices were up by 0.55%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,661 to 1,781, which is an increase of 7.22%. The number of homes sold increased by 119 homes or 15.87%. The average days on market decreased from 30 days to 29 days. Average sale prices were up by 2.55%.
