The average days on the market decreased from 30 days to 25 days. Average sale prices were up by 11.66%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,504 to 1,625, which is an increase of 8.05%. The number of homes sold increased by 109 homes or 16.29%. The average days on market decreased from 30 days to 29 days. Average sale prices were up by 2.82%.
