The average days on the market decreased from 34 days to 29 days. Average sale prices were up by 9.88%.
Year to Date 2019 vs. Year to Date 2018
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,294 to 1,424, which is an increase of 10.05%. The number of homes sold increased by 115 homes or 19.56%. The average days on market remained the same at 30 days. Average sale prices were up by 1.92%.
