The average days on the market remained the same at 24 days. Average sale prices were up by 7.01%.
Year to Date 2019 vs. Year to Date 2018
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,007 to 1,094, which is an increase of 8.64%. The number of homes sold increased by 35 homes or 7.71%. The average days on market increased from 28 to 30 days. Average sale prices were up by 0.59%.
