The average days on the market decreased by 10 days or 32.26%. Average sale prices were down by 5.46%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 596 to 654, which is an increase of 9.73%. The number of homes sold increased by 4 homes or 1.48%. The average days on market decreased from 32 to 30 days. Average sale prices were down by 5.59%.
