The number of active listings in New Tecumseth decreased from 139 to 137 homes or 1.44% in January 2019 over the same month in 2018! 24 less listings came on the Toronto Board in January 2019 vs. January 2018 which is a decrease of 25.81%. The number of homes sold decreased by 5 homes or 12.20%. The average days on the market increased from 40 to 55 days or 37.50%. Average sale prices were down by 10.40%.
