The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 1,967 to 1,839, which is a decrease of 6.51%. The number of homes sold decreased by 49 homes or 5.41%. The average days on the market increased from 21 to 30 days. Average sale prices were down by 2.66%.
