The average days on the market increased from 13 to 22 days. Average sale prices were down by 16.56%.
Year to Date 2018 vs. Year to Date 2017
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 882 to 807, which is a decrease of 8.50%. The number of homes sold decreased by 87 homes or 19.16%. The average days on the market increased from 15 to 29 days. Average sale prices were down by 4.71%.
