The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in March 2018 vs. March 2017 decreased by 22 homes or 11.83%. The number of homes sold decreased by 44 homes or 36.97%. The average days on the market increased by 12=7 days . Average sale prices were down by 1.65%.
Year to Date 2018 vs. Year to Date 2017
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 340 to 405, which is an increase of 19.12%. The number of homes sold decreased by 37 homes or 16.97%. The average days on the market increased from 18 to 32 days. Average sale prices were up by 1.15%.
