The number of active listings in Caledon increased by 139.51% in January 2018 over the same month in 2017. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in January 2018 vs. January 2017 increased by 51 homes or 76.12%. The number of homes sold decreased by 7 homes or 17.07%. The average days on the market increased from 33 to 38 days. Average sale prices were up by 5.35%.
