The average days on the market increased from 28 to 32 days. Average sale prices were up by 11.85%.
Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,606 to 1,967, which is an increase of 22.48%. The number of homes sold decreased by 220 homes or 19.56%. The average days on the market increased from 20 to 21 days. Average sale prices were up by 19.13%.
