The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,479 to 1,746, which is an increase of 18.05%. The number of homes sold decreased by 212 homes or 21.48%. The average days on market decreased from 20 to 19 days. Average sale prices were up by 21.02%.
