The average days on the market increased from 21 to 29 days. Average sale prices were up by 6.44%.
Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,156 to 1,392, which is an increase of 20.42%. The number of homes sold decreased by 168 homes or 20.66%. The average days on market decreased from 20 to 17 days. Average sale prices were up by 25.56%.
