The average days on the market increased from 17 to 25 days. Average sale prices were up by 23.84%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,003 to 1,243, which is an increase of 23.93%. The number of homes sold decreased by 114 homes or 16.03%. The average days on market decreased from 20 to 16 days. Average sale prices were up by 27.92%.
