The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in June 2017 vs. June 2016 increased by 31 homes or 15.90%. The number of homes sold decreased by 75 homes or 47.77%. The average days on the market decreased from 20 to 17 days. Average sale prices were up by 22.29%.
Year to Date 2017 vs. Year to Date 2016
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 874 to 1,107, which is an increase of 26.66%. The number of homes sold decreased by 63 homes or 10.52%. The average days on market decreased from 21 to 15 days. Average sale prices were up by 28.81%.
