The average days on the market decreased from 19 to 13 days. Average sale prices were up by 35.86%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 678 to 882, which is an increase of 30.09%. The number of homes sold increased by 12 homes or 2.71%. The average days on market decreased from 21 to 15 days. Average sale prices were up by 31.59%.
