The average days on the market decreased from 17 to 10 days. Average sale prices were up by 36.40%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 523 to 562, which is an increase of 7.46%. The number of homes sold increased by 3 homes or 0.90%. The average days on market decreased from 22 to 15 days. Average sale prices were up by 29.83%.
