The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date decreased from 1,631 to 1,606, which is a decrease of 1.53%. The number of homes sold increased by 126 homes or 12.61%. The average days on market decreased from 29 to 20 days. Average sale prices were up by 16.52%.
