The number of active listings
in Caledon decreased by 21.7% in January 2016 over the same month in 2015. The
number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in January 2016 vs. January 2015 decreased by 15 homes or
15.5%. The number
of homes sold decreased by 4 homes or 9.5%. The average days on the
market increased from 38 to 44 days. Average sale prices were up by 31.7%.
