The number of homes sold increased by 8.00%. The average days on the market decreased from 40 to 30 days. Average sale prices were up by 10.24%.

The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 901 to 782, which is a decrease of 13.21%. The number of homes sold increased by 17.60% or 101 homes. The average days on the market decreased from 38 days to 27 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 7.88%.
