The number of days on the market decreased from 37 to 26 days. Average sale prices were up by 8.29%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 1,102 to 1,115 homes, which is an increase of 1.18%. The number of homes sold increased by 47 or 8.09%. The average days on the market decreased from 36 to 26 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 7.55%.
