The number of active listings in Dufferin (excluding Orangeville) decreased by 13 homes or 5.46% in June 2015 over the same month in 2014. The number of homes sold increased by 20 homes or 42.55%. Average sale prices increased by 0.20%.
Year to Date 2015 vs. Year to Date 2014
The number of homes sold increased from 214 to 321 homes or 50%. Average sale prices were up by 12.68%.
