The average days on the market decreased from 37 to 24 days. Average sale prices were up by 8.35%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 728 to 785 homes, which is an increase of 7.83% The number of homes sold increased by 54 or 14.80%. The average days on the market decreased from 38 to 27 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 8.52%.
