The number of active listings in Caledon decreased by 27.0% in January 2015 over the same month in 2014. The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in January 2015 vs. January 2014 decreased by 11 homes or 10.2%. The number of homes sold decreased by 3 homes or 6.7%. The average days on the market decreased from 50 days to 38 days. Average sale prices were down by 3.9%.
