The average days on the market increased from 23 to 37 days. Average sale prices were up by 6.37%.

The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date went down from 830 to 728 homes, which is a decrease of 12.29%. The number of homes sold decreased by 19 homes or 5.04%. The average days on the market increased from 33 to 38. Average sale prices were up year over year by 2.76%.
