The number of listings that came on the Toronto Board in February, 2014 vs. February, 2013 remained the same at 114 homes. The number of homes sold increased by 10 homes or 21.74%. The average days on the market increased from 37 to 34 days. Average sale prices were down by 3.73%.
Year to Date, 2014 vs. Year to Date, 2013
The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date went down from 228 to 222 homes, which is a decrease of 2.63%. The number of homes sold increased by 21 homes or 26.25%. The average days on the market decreased from 43 to 41. Average sale prices were up year over year by 1.76%.
