The number of homes listed in Caledon, year-to-date increased from 524 to 602 homes, which is a increase of 14.89%. The number of homes sold decreased by 9 homes or 3.31%. The average days on the market increased from 31 to 37. Average sale prices were up year over year by 1.89%.
