The number of homes sold increased by 5.17% or 3 homes. The average days on the market increased from 27 to 36 days. Average sale prices were up by 17.70%.

The number of homes listed in Orangeville, year-to-date decreased from 332 to 255, which is a decrease of 23.19%. The number of homes sold decreased by 22.96%. The average days on the market increased from 36 to 39 days. Average sale were up year over year by 1.44%.
