The number of active listings in X15 decreased by 7.02% in April, 2011 over the same month in 2010. The number of homes sold decreased by 44.90%. Average sale prices were down by 4.43%.

The number of homes sold decreased by 22.14%. Average sale prices were up year over year by 3.17%.
