The number of homes listed in New Tecumseth, year-to-date increased by 125 homes or 12.55%. The number of homes sold increased by 124 homes or 16.96%. The average days on the market decreased by 16 days, from 28 days to 12 days. Average sale prices were up year over year by 27.89%.
